Ceremony Only
Enjoy your marriage ceremony in one of our beautiful meadows. There are several areas that have become popular, or you can choose a part of nature that is all your own. The possibilities are endless.
Ceremony Only includes chair rental and set-up for up to 100 guests. Lighting in the Meadow area is not provided by Flagstaff Nordic Center and power is limited to a portable generator. Additional power needs may be met for an additional fee. Let us know what you need and we’ll work hard to design the perfect outdoor event.
Lodge/Ponderosa Pavilion
This is the whole package for up to 100 guests. Your venue rental includes tables, chairs, linen package, set-up, Meadow areas as well as our Lodge and Ponderosa Pavilion area. Our 2100 sq. ft. pavilion tent is perfect for small or large events and has accommodated more than 300. Our tent can be set up with or without walls depending on your needs and weather.
The Lodge Deck and Big Yurt are perfect for catering or dancing, and there is plenty of open space for a romantic walk in the woods or dancing the night away under the stars.
Overnight Stay
Many guests just don’t want to leave the beauty of Flagstaff Nordic Center. An overnight stay in the Lodge Ponderosa Room is perfect for the happy couple. We also now offer Yurt and Camping Cabin facilities for up to 40 or your guests. Many guests choose to R.V. or tent camp and enjoy a campfire after a great wedding reception. Check-out time is typically 9:00 AM but may be amended by Flagstaff Nordic Center depending on the needs of other events that may be scheduled.
Overnight Stay includes use of Lodge Ponderosa Room, Yurt and Camping Cabin Units and up to 10 R.V. or tent camping 'sites.' Campfires are limited to FNC approved campfire area, and FNC reserves the right to limit campfire at any time for any reason.
